Participant educational materials

All educational materials for the Peer AID program are organized by topic area spanning 19 topics, 7 of which are mandatory and 12 optional. Each educational topic area corresponds to a community health worker protocol. The current curriculum was developed using a combination of handouts from Public Health — Seattle & King County, the National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and also select documents used with permission from the Community Health Access Program (CHAP) curriculum developed by Tiernan Cass.
