2009 Policies and Procedures

King County Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services Division (MHCADSD) has developed policies and procedures to govern the substance abuse treatment service system. They explain and describe the purpose, program standards and guidelines for all areas of business within the chemical dependency services system. Separate policies and procedures govern the mental health treatment system.
