2013 Policies and Procedures

King County Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services Division (MHCADSD) has developed policies and procedures to govern the services provided through the King County Mental Health Plan (KCMHP). They explain and describe the purpose, program standards and guidelines for all areas of business within the mental health services system. Separate policies and procedures govern the chemical dependency treatment system.
