Exemplary Service Awards JOIN US: 2009 Exemplary Service Awards Thursday, Oct. 8 4:30-6:30 p.m. St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral Bloedel Hall 1245 10th Avenue East - Seattle The Exemplary Service Awards is an annual event sponsored by the King County Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Service Division. This event honors the achievements of our outstanding advocates and service providers who diligently work to provide quality services to persons with mental health and chemical dependency needs. The event celebrates the exceptional services being offered throughout King County in the following four categories: service innovation, systems integration, advocacy, and direct service. Nominations are collected from the community and a review committee selects the agency or individual that has demonstrated outstanding services.
