Service Definitions: Community Access - assists individuals with developmental disabilities ages 62 and older to participate in activities, events and organizations in their community in ways similar to others of retirement age. Group Supported Employment – assists three or more people (up to eight) with developmental disabilities to work in a group in the community in regular business settings and prepare for work in individual integrated community-based employment settings. Individual Employment – assists individuals with developmental disabilities to obtain and maintain employment in individual integrated community-based employment settings. Pathway to Individual Employment – assists individuals with developmental disabilities to develop individual pathway to employment plans according to his/her preference to pursue or maintain employment in individual integrated community-based employment settings. Pre-Vocational Services – assists individuals with developmental disabilities in large group workshop settings to develop skills and prepare for work in individual integrated community-based employment settings. School to Work – assists high school students with developmental disabilities to leave school with jobs in individual integrated community-based employment settings.
