The Community Tobacco Cessation Partnership provides trainings on the Best Practice Guidelines in Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence as defined by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Ongoing support includes technical assistance, nicotine patches (NRT), and cessation education materials.

Change organizational systems to screen for and treat tobacco use
Change social norms of clients concerning tobacco use
Provide and promote access to treatment
