Rental HousingThere are rental homes throughout King County for adults who receive residential services through DSHS/DDD. Each home provides affordable housing for up to four individuals with developmental disabilities. Tenants receive support in their homes through DSHS/DDD contracted residential service providers. To be eligible to live in these homes you must receive residential services through DSHS/DDD. Contact your DSHS/DDD Case Manager to find out about your eligibility for this type of housing. For adults who do not receive residential services through DSHS/DDD, and for families with a child with a disability, there may be a limited number of affordable apartment apartment units available. To find out more about this type of affordable housing, contact your DSHS/DDD Case Manager.
