Grant: Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Project Description: Funding to purchase and rehabilitate foreclosed properties for affordable ownership, leasing and homeless housing. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) R - improving infrastructure, improving energy efficiency, providing housing Project Description: Funds allocated for one-time CDBG-eligible activities that primarily benefit low to moderate-income persons, primarily focused on improving infrastructure, improving energy efficiency, providing housing and assisting those most impacted by the economic downturn.
