Selected background materials

Below are listed background materials provided for the 2006-2007 Charter Review Commission's study of the Metropolitan King County Council's three regional committees which were created as part of the meger between King County and Metro. This material is being provided to make easier access to archived materials on this topic of continuing interest. Please note that these are large files in PDF file format (see comment above). Also note that in many cases, the commission members' originals were copies of copies (many times). Consequently, the on-line copies are not of the best quality.
