The Computer System Planning Study Final Report represents the cumulative efforts of Westin Engineering and staff from within the Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD). Westin worked with WTD staff to determine the condition of existing computer systems, identify the Division's technology needs, assess the risks associated with existing computer systems, and recommend nine major projects.
