Wastewater education program

The Wastewater Treatment Division's education programs provide information on treatment plants, clean water processes and technology, resource recovery, pollution prevention for homes and businesses and Puget Sound health.

Brightwater tours and programs:
-- School programs for spring 2012 are full. Contact Kristin Covey 206-263-9412 for more information.
-- Treatment plant tours are available at 10 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturday May 19th, June 9th, July 7th, and August 4th. Reservations are REQUIRED for all participants.   
-- High school, college, community and professional tours for groups larger than 10 are available by appointment. Registration required.

South Plant tours:
-- Schools, colleges, community groups and professionals can schedule now for tour dates through July 1st.

West Point tours:

-- College and professional tours are available on a limited basis through June 1st.
