Sewer Overflow (CSO) control facility at the Port of Seattle’s West Yard.

King County’s project team invites you to a community meeting to provide an update and answer your questions about a new underground storage tank in the Port of Seattle’s Terminal 91 West Yard. The tank will store combined sewer flows conveyed from the new gravity sewer pipeline from 32nd Avenue West. The team will address:
- Location and configuration of the storage tank and odor control/electrical facilities
- How the tank will be constructed
- How community input informed current design
- Next steps and opportunities to participate

King County’s project team invites you to a session to answer your questions about a new gravity sewer pipeline that will convey peak wastewater and stormwater flows from 32nd Avenue West to an underground storage tank in the Port of Seattle’s Terminal 91 West Yard:
- What are findings from recent geotechnical investigations?
- What is the preferred pipeline alignment?
- How will the pipeline be constructed?
- What are the next steps?
