Factors used to evaluate CSO control alternatives

During spring 2010, the CSO Beach Projects team will consider a range of factors during evaluation of alternative means for CSO control. Public input will help inform King County's decision to define a proposal for CSO control in each project basin. The proposal will then go through the environmental review process required by state law.
