The county is currently evaluating approaches to CSO control in each basin. Key milestones of the selection process (PDF) include:

  • Fall 2009 -- identify and evaluate a broad range of alternatives for each basin
  • Spring 2010 -- select final alternative for each basin
  • Summer 2010 -- begin environmental review under State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA)
