The center piece of these improvements is the Brightwater Project which will consist of a 36MGD ADF Wastewater Treatment Plant utilizing MBR technology and the associated conveyance system and marine outfall. This page provides information about the major construction contracts for the Brightwater Project. Please note that most of the contracts have already been awarded. Also, many smaller contracts for construction, consultant services, and goods and services are not listed here.
