February 2012 Update

Restoration of SE 3rd Street
Pipeline work has been completed on the northern portion of 102nd Ave. SE (between SE 6th St. and SE 3rd St.) and on SE 3rd St. (between 101st Ave. SE and Bellevue Way SE). Starting the week of February 6, crews will be completing restoration of the area, lasting for several weeks. See flier (PDF) for more information.

Dewatering and Upcoming Pipeline Work on 102nd Avenue SE
In mid-February crews will be setting up a dewatering system on the southern portion of 102nd Ave. SE (between SE 6th St. and SE 3rd St.), on the west side of the roadway. Residents should expect temporary traffic revisions, construction impacts and continuous noise associated with the dewatering pumps. At the end of February, the contractor will start laying pipeline in this area, on the east side of the roadway. For more information, see flier (PDF).

Please drive slowly and watch for signs and flaggers.
