Ecology issues NOV to King County for stormwater discharge to the Lower Duwamish
 
On November 14, 2008, King County and the City of Tukwila received a Notice of Violation from the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) for discharging stormwater through an area of known pollution to the Lower Duwamish Waterway.  The County and City dellivered their joint response on December 12, 2008.
