Stormwater Management Program

This Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) describes King County's proposed actions to comply with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) phase I municipal stormwater permit issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) on August 1, 2012.

The SWMP's primary focus is the compliance activities proposed for the first six months of 2013.  The SWMP is updated annually and submitted as part of King County's Annual Report to the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology).  The 2013 document was submitted to the Washington State Department of Ecology on March 29, 2013.
