Feedback on King County's SWMP is accepted year round. Each year we advertise a public comment period specific to the SWMP Plan. For King County's 2014 SWMP Plan the comment period ended on March 31st. Any SWMP Plan comments received after that date will be considered for next year's SWMP Plan.

2014 Stormwater Management Program Plan

The 2014 Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan outlines King County's proposed actions to comply with the 2013-2018 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase I Municipal Stormwater Permit (external link) issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology.
