2009 King County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Manual


Pursuant to King County Code 9.12, Ordinance 16264, the County intends to adopt rules pertaining to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Manual (SPPM). The purpose of this rule is to update the 2005 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Manual to conform to the requirements of King County’s Municipal Stormwater NPDES Permit. This update was adopted on January 9, 2009.

Written public comment on this proposed Public Rule and determination of non-significance was accepted until November 29, 2008 and was sent to: Mary Lear, Stormwater Services Section, Water and Land Resources Division, 201 S Jackson Street, Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98104. The public was able to comment in person on November 13, 2008 at 4 PM at King Street Center, 201 S Jackson Street, 8th floor conference center.
