Annual Reports to Ecology: For the NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit

Under the terms of King County's NPDES Permit for Municipal Stormwater, the County must submit annual reports to the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology).

For the recently reissued permit (2007-2011), the Annual Report will consist of two parts:

• The previous calendar year's compliance spreadsheet and
• The upcoming calendar year's Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) document.
