Project Highlights

2006 Update:

1. WRE project completed 2 data reports, 2005 Water Resources & 2005 Well Data. These reports are available for download from our website. see project documents

2. Water Quality monitoring was completed in June 2006. No changes in the environmental indicators (Nitrate, Arsenic, Chloride). Arsenic Speciation was done at 6 sites / 8 samples. Five of 6 sites have majority of As(III) as the dissolved Arsenic.

3. Continuous water level devices (Leveloggers) were installed in our dedicated 6 monitoring wells across Vashon-Maury Island and dedicated sampling setups were purchased.

4. Gaging data continues to be collected around the island. This data is now available via the web.
