King County prepares update to flood plan for continued protection of people, property

Fall 2011
New flood phases on Cedar, Tolt rivers
King County has adjusted the flood phases on the Cedar and Tolt rivers to more accurately reflect observed flooding impacts during high river flows. Flood Alerts will be issued using the latest flood phase thresholds.
