The Regulatory Compliance and Land Acquisition Services Unit of King County's Wastewater Treatment Division is responsible for meeting the real property and permitting needs for all division projects. Responsibilities include analyzing site and corridors issues, acquiring real property and easements, managing properties and providing relocation assistance when necessary. Our unit is also responsible for acquiring land use, construction and environmental permits from local, state and federal agencies for division projects.
