WTD has begun working with Genesis Solutions, a maintenance consulting group. They have provided some examples of maintenance measurement systems (metrics) used by a wide array of industries to monitor "best performance practices", termed Key Performance Indicators or KPI's. Attached are some measurement criteria and ranges for "Best Practice". WTD is currently reviewing this list and will select a few of these parameters that we think will best report on improvements in our business practices. The following list is provided for MWPAAC members to review and work within their organizations to select some maintenance metrics, as appropriate.
