In the most recent West Point Treatment Plant NPDES permit renewal, effective July 1, 2009, the Washington State Department of Ecology required submittal, by December 31, 2009, of a Comprehensive Sediment Quality Summary Report for the sediment near the county’s CSO outfalls.
