Initial CSI basin planning, 1999-2003Northeast Lake Washington planning areaPlanning for the Northeast Lake Washington basin consisted of advanced project specification for three under-capacity facilities: Bellevue Pump Station; Juanita Bay Pump Station and the Kirkland Pump Station. This work was completed in 2000. The Juanita Bay Pump Station project will replace the existing aging facility, and the Bellevue Pump Station project will divert excess flows from the Sweyolocken Pump Station by upgrading the existing station and constructing a new force main from the station to the Eastside Interceptor. The Kirkland Pump Station project is also in design as part of the Asset Management Program.
