Initial CSI basin planning, 1999-2003

Initial CSI wastewater basin planning for the county's regional basins was completed in 2003. The focus of the CSI program was to develop approaches to upgrading and improving the level of service of the regional conveyance system for the 34 local sewer agencies in King and Snohomish Counties. The five-year planning effort began in 1999 and includes the following documents:
