Sending Site Forms and Resources

The first step in the enrollment process is to complete a Sending Site Application. download one of the versions below and return it to the address on the application with a check for $145 payable to King County DDES, and include the required information and supporting documents.

Forest and Farm Plans

If your sending site is in a Forest Production District, you will need to complete a Forest Stewardship Plan. King County can help with development of this plan. Contact Bill Loeber at 206-296-7821 or or Kristi McClelland at 206-296-7820 for assistance in completing a forest stewardship plan.

Sending sites in Agricultural Production Districts will require a curren Farm Plan. The King Conservation District (external link) can help you develop a farm plan.
