Synopsis: Greg and Doug visit the King County Greenhouse and Nursery which produces over 25,000 plants annually for King County projects. There they demonstrate how to overhaul a lawn and get free plants through propagation (taking cuttings of plants). Demonstrations include

  • How to aerate a lawn
  • How to reseed a lawn
  • How to feed your lawn with compost
  • Bonus: In celebration of Native Plant Appreciation Week (April 30-May 6, 2006), Greg demonstrates how to propagate red-osier dogwood.
