Solid and Hazardous Waste grants

Green Building Grants and Incentives
Apply for funding to support residential or commercial green building in King County, Washington, or for permitting incentives that reward low-impact development in unincorporated areas of the county.

Voucher Incentive Program (VIP)
Up to 50% matching funds for small businesses that reduce the amount of chemicals going down the drain, into landfills, on the ground and into the air. King County supports businesses that support the environment.

Hazards on the Homefront Mini-Grants
Teachers who have taken the "Hazards on the Homefront" workshop can apply for a mini-grant to complete a project with their students.

Brownfields Grants
Clean up on grants provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Water and Land Resources grants

Grant Exchange
A clearinghouse of grant and technical assistance programs for projects that protect or improve natural resources; such as water quality, salmon and wildlife habitat, reforestation, water conservation, and related educational efforts.

Parks and Recreation grants

Youth Sport Facility Grant Fund
Provides matching grant funding to rehabilitate, expand, or develop sports fields and facilities serving youth in King County.
