The 7th Annual King County Harvest Celebration farm tour guide will be featured in the September 14, 2005 issue of the Seattle Weekly.

The guide will also include feature articles on county farms and historical information on agriculture in King County.

Participating farms will open their gates and invite the public to come walk their fields, buy fresh produce and pumpkins, meet farm animals, talk to farmers, enjoy a family hay ride, run through a corn maze and much, much more. This year’s farm tour also includes some historical agricultural sites and additional farm-related festivals and markets.

During the last two weeks of September, King County’s Harvest Celebration farm tour guides will also be available at most farmers’ markets around the Puget Sound, all Seattle and King County Public Library branches, and PCC Natural Markets.
