Annual Reports
Below are links to King County’s annual reports related to climate change.
In 2008 and 2009, these reports focused only on climate change related performance and accomplishments. Beginning with the 2010 annual report, reporting on King County’s Climate Change, Energy, Green Building and Environmental Purchasing Programs were combined to provide an integrated view of interdependent, mutually beneficial programs.
These programs help to meet core objectives of the King County Strategic Plan to reduce climate pollution, prepare for the impacts of climate change, reduce the environmental footprint of government operations, and improve the financial sustainability of county government.
