What's going on
The Brightwater Center opened to the public on September 24, 2011. It features an environmental learning center with public meeting spaces, striking art, 70 acres of publicly accessible open space, three miles of trails and 40 acres of restored fish and wildlife habitat.

Open house and treatment plant tour* |
Join us for a Brightwater Center Open House! The Center and exhibit hall will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the open house and will include tours of the Treatment Plant starting at 10 a.m. and 12 noon.
*Must be age 9 and up to attend Treatment Plant Tours and be able to walk approximately 1 mile; tour length is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Closed toed shoes are required for tours. Tours are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
