Admin Coordinator

The Admin Coordinator handles a wide range of office responsibilities including mailing informational handouts and brochures, scheduling meetings, coordinating free equipment rentals to the public such as our weed wrenches, and answering questions from the public regarding weed laws, weed listings, staffing and other program inquires. This person also serves as a liaison to the King County Noxious Weed Control Board, handling their correspondence, meeting minutes, and appointments.

In addition, the Admin Coordinator serves as a backup to the Education Coordinator by helping with formal presentations, technical writing of reports, putting on training classes, sending media alerts and press releases, staffing booths at community and regional events.
