This project is dedicated to a transformative endeavor aimed at challenging and dismantling prevailing misconceptions associated with Health Outcomes and Leadership Development within the Pacific Islander community. Through a meticulously structured approach, we aspire to engage directly with community members, fostering an environment where dialogue and collaboration flourish. At the heart of our mission is the formation of a Core Planning Team - a meticulously selected cohort of individuals representing various community-based organizations. This team is envisioned as the nexus for nurturing leadership capabilities and enhancing the overall capacity for community mobilization and advocacy.

Pre-application conference
Public Health — Seattle & King County will conduct one (1) pre-Application conference for this RFA. This conference will be an opportunity for interested organizations to hear more about the program and to ask questions about the program and/or the application process.
