Leadership Giving

An excellent way to plan your giving for the year is to consider giving at a Leadership Level.  Leadership Giving is empowering for donors and a solid foundation for nonprofit organizations.

Leadership Giving has been designed so that every employee can have the opportunity to join one of the Leadership Giving Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. It is based not on total dollars but on the equivelant of an hour of pay. In fact, more than 50% of donors give at a leadership level!

As a show of appreciation, Leadership Givers are acknowledged at different levels. Please submit your donation form as early as possible as supplies are limited.

Bronze = 1 hour or more of pay per month Black Lanyard with Plastic Badge Holder

Silver = 2 hours or more of pay per month Red 20 oz. insulated iced beverage mug with reusable straw - BPA free

Gold = 3 hours or more of pay per month Set of 4 Glass Coasters

Platinum = 4 hours or more of pay per month Blue and Black Full Size PadFolio

These levels can be achieved through any combination of payroll deduction, time donation, or direct check.

Use this easy example:

Divide total annual donation (check and payroll combined) by hourly rate of pay. This result plus any hours of time donated determines leadership level:

For example, if hourly rate of pay is $20.00 an hour:

$60 direct check + $120 payroll donation    = 9 
            $20.00 (hourly rate of pay)

9 (from above) + 4 hours of time donated = 13 (more than one hour per month/ 12 hours a year) Bronze level!

On Section 3 of the donation form, check your leadership level and whether you would like to accept or decline your leadership gift or *NEW* with My Giving: Online Pledging, it automatically calculates what level you are at!
