VEBA vote results for represented employees are in

If you're a represented employee, you can now see how your union voted on VEBA participation in these official vote results.

The results of your union's vote will apply to employees in your union between January 1, 2010, and December 31, 2012. VEBA accounts may be used to pay for qualified medical expenses and premiums.

Non-represented VEBA vote results

Voting results for non-represented employees were released in August. Members of the non-represented VEBA voting group voted to keep the VEBA benefit and to fund VEBA accounts for non-represented employees who retire between Jan. 1, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2012, with the 35-percent cash-out of sick leave at retirement.
