If you use direct deposit to receive your pay, you have access to your King County direct-deposit pay advice online through PeopleSoft! Imagine no more pay advices being handed out by your supervisor or payroll team and no more pay advices to file or shred each year!

The self-service feature of PeopleSoft gives you an easy and private way to view and print your current and previous pay advices regardless of whether you are paid every other Thursday or on the 5^th and 20^th of the month. You can take action now to stop the printing and delivery of your direct-deposit pay advice.

All it takes is a quick trip to your online payroll information where you can sign up right away to stop receiving printed direct-deposit pay advices. If you are enrolled in direct deposit, log in to your PeopleSoft account. After logging in, follow these step-by-step instructions. After you click “Save,” you will no longer receive a printed copy of your direct-deposit pay advice.
