The Inter-Local Conflict Resolution Group (ILCRG) is a consortium of government agencies, labor unions and volunteer professionals that provides mediation and other forms of dispute resolution services to its members at no cost.Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provides a fast, cost- effective way to:
- resolve problems early
- develop conflict resolution skills within your organization
- facilitate cooperation between unions and management
- mediate grievances
- avoid litigation
