Board policies and procedures

The Disability Board's Rules, Policies and Procedures is written as a guide for implementing the mandates of Chapter 41.26 RCW. These rules are updated periodically to reflect current medical practice and legislative changes. They are applicable to all fire fighters and law enforcement officers, active and/or retired, who are covered by Chapter 41.26 RCW, Chapter 415-104 WAC and Chapter 415-105 WAC and employed in unincorporated King County, unless specifically noted.
