The Employee Assistance Program: Help at Work
Sometimes problems get in the way of work
Because employees are King County’s most valuable resource, the county provides an important program to help you resolve workplace issues and concerns -- the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP is a program provided by the county as a FREE service to all county employees, regardless of benefit eligibility or career status. We’ll talk with you about the problem and help you find a solution.
All information discussed with an EAP counselor is confidential and can be disclosed only with your permission or as required by law or county policy. Please review the confidentiality form for more details.
