Health Advisory Task Force In 2003 King County Executive Ron Sims convened the King County Health Advisory Task Force, a dynamic group of providers, economists, business, labor and government leaders to develop innovative strategies to slow escalating costs and improve the quality of health care in the region. The task force recommendations formed the basis of King County’s Health Reform Initiative.
