  • Free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) mailed directly to your home
  • Unlimited inbound calls with a cessation counselor
  • Decision support regarding prescription drug therapies that may help you quit

  • Visit your doctor and talk about quitting tobacco.
  • Your provider can help you determine which quit methods are right for you.  Visit is covered at 100%.
  • Acupuncture/ hypnotherapy to ease nicotine withdrawal.
  • NRT – nicotine replacement therapy (nicotine patches, lozenges and gum) covered at 100%.
  • Prescription drugs covered at 100%.

Group Health

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) and talk about quitting tobacco.  Your provider can enroll you in programs to help you quit and prescribe medications to help you.
