Quit Tobacco is a comprehensive King County program designed to educate, encourage and empower you to quit using tobacco products.

  

Make 2012 your time to quit

King County has contracted with Free & Clear to bring the Quit For Life program to all benefits-covered employees, spartners and dependants over 18 years of age.  More than 300 employees made 2011 their time to quit!  To enroll in this confidential and proven-effective program, call 1-866-QUIT-4-LIFE (1-866-784-8454) or register online.
