Red, white and blue fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and quartered
  • 1 pint blueberries, rinsed
  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ pint raspberries, rinsed

Directions:

  1. Toss the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, together in a large serving bowl.
  2. Arrange the raspberries on top. (Don't mix them in, they're too fragile.)
  3. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
