Roasted Vegetables
Serves 8
You can use almost any vegetables you like here. A simple vegetable recipe that tastes great.
Ingredients: - 2 cups zucchini
 - 2 cups carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 cups cubed sweet potato
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Oilve Oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Ingredients
- Cover the vegetables with the oil and salt
- Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
