Peach blueberry crisp for two

  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp light margarine, softened

Directions:

  1. Arrange peach slices in 1 small (6") pie dish top with blueberries.
  2. In small bowl, combine sugar, oats and flour, then cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve warm.
