Marty Levine, MD, is a family physician, geriatrician, and medical center chief at Group Health's Northgate Medical Center. He sees patients five days a week. He is a multi-year winner of Seattle Magazine's "Top Docs" and Seattle Metropolitan's "Golden Stethoscope" awards, including receiving both honors in 2009. Dr. Levine has done advanced training in the care of older adults, chronic care, and the redesign of health services to better meet the needs of patients. He has been active in support of efforts to improve health services in Washington State, serving on an advisory committee to Long Term Care Task Force in 2006, and playing roles promoting health care reform legislation.
