. . . That men are covered for certain physical exams under preventive care?

KingCare^SM covers men at age 40 or older at 100 percent for an annual prostate exam performed by a network health care provider. If you’re 35 and older, you’re also eligible for cholesterol screening every five years.

The exams, which can occur more frequently if medically necessary, are covered at 70 percent if you see an out-of-network provider. The annual deductible does not apply.

Group Health also covers men at age 40 or older for an annual prostate exam. This screening is covered at 100 percent after you pay a co-pay based on the gold, silver or bronze out-of-pocket expense level you’ve earned.
