Tips for making the most of your online WebMD individual action plan

Here are some helpful tips for making the most of your WebMD online experience:

Tell Me More

Before selecting your individual action plan, you can read more about any one of them simply by clicking on the “Tell me more” link next to the ones you’re interested in.

Selecting your individual action plan

If you select the WebMD online individual action plan and want to read more about any one of the Actions Available to you as activities toward your weekly goal of three, simply click on the “Tell me more” link next to the ones you’re interested in.

Changing your individual action plan

If you begin an individual action plan and want to change to another one, you can do so by clicking on the “Change individual action plan” link just above Actions Available on your Healthy Incentives Road to Gold Rewards Page. If you do change individual action plans, be sure you have enough time to complete your new individual action plan by July 1, 2011—you won’t get credit toward gold for your work in the previous individual action plan.

Getting credit for the WebMD Lifestyle Improvement Plan readings

If last year you completed some, but not all, of the phased readings in one of the WebMD Lifestyle Improvement Programs—exercise, nutrition, stress management and weight management—you can continue where you left off and get credit for completing any or all of the remaining phased readings. For each phase you complete by reading the seven steps and taking the quiz, you get credit for one activity toward your weekly goal of three. If last year you did not complete all of the steps in a phased reading, you can continue reading the remaining steps in that phase and take the quiz to get credit for completing that phase as one of your weekly activities. You will not get credit this year for any of the phased readings you completed last year.
